I am so smiling at your post! While I know that you have health issues, (I'm in no way discounting or ignoring that)I've experienced some life altering things in the last year. I know how the family can be, shaking their heads, thinking we are "on our pulpits" whatever, I just keep on.

OK back to the smiles. I serve on the counsel at my church; the Parish Education chairperson. Our Pastor left last year and we have a service Pastor, until we "Call" a permanent one. I've been pretty much silent about that. Then after a meeting everything was clear... I was in the parking lot too! It was like I had a revelation.

Nothing can keep you from God's plan, even if you don't see it at first. And, don't worry when your human side breaks through, it's natural.

I am praying that your medical ordeal passes swiftly. Best wishes on your food pantry endeavor. I know it will be a success, 'cause God called you to fulfill His plan!

I know it's a blessing to have such a great support system in place, and I completely understand about wanting to be able to help someone else. It helps when you can take the focus off yourself and focus on helping others.

I think that is wonderful!! God will truly lead us if we ask and then listen. Like you, alot of us will ask but then miss the part where He opens that door. I am glad to hear that you did finally connect the dots and are able to do a work like this for God's kngdom!!
