I was recently tested for Vitamin D levels and mine came back really low. I think the depression is due to this at least for me. I've also read having your Vitamin B levels checked is a good idea. Another reason is I don't get enough sleep...ever. So I know medication can help, but there are some other ways to try to combat depression too and I'm hoping you find a good solution that fits!
