Five more items from my Thankful list, again in no particular order:
- I am thankful for my son, who is growing into a fine young man.
- I am thankful for chocolate and coffee and baklava and ... you get the picture. :)
- I am thankful for my digital camera. Not only because it allows me to capture memories, but because I can do so without hearing my husband say "Fifty cents" every time he hears a click.
- I am thankful for books. Fiction or nonfiction, paper or electronic ... it's all good. I love being able to learn or to escape into another world.
- I am thankful for the Lord's provision. I've never been without a roof over my head or enough food.

Lovely favourites! The little and the big. I'm thankful for the same - except I'll trade baklava for apple crisp :)
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend!
i know what you mean about digital...
ReplyDeletei don't know how i managed before
I can say "Amen!" to all of these! Except maybe for baklava - you can have mine. :-)
ReplyDeleteIt is neat to see our kids grow up into fine young people.
I love digital cameras, too -- no film or developing fees, and you can see right away how the pictures turned out.
Books are a favorite every week, and I am grateful, as well, for the Lord's provision.
A beautiful gratitude list. I love and am thankful for the same things too.

I love all five of your fave and agree with them all. Digital cameras have transformed photography. And yes, food, water and shelter are all a true blessing.
ReplyDeleteYour hubby's comment at the click of the camera made me laugh right out loud. I love my digital camera too but do need to learn to get out of auto mode.
ReplyDeleteLove your whole list of things that were blessings last week!
