Winners, and Weekend Wrap-Up

We had a quiet yet busy weekend.  (Does that make sense?)  On Saturday my husband painted half of our bedroom.  I'll share more pictures when he's finished, but here's a sneak peek of the new wall color (a very pale sort of sage green) against our furniture:



After a wonderful morning at church on Sunday, we stopped at Kohls. We didn't find the quilt we were looking for, but I found this sweater on a clearance rack:




For that price, I couldn't pass it up. I'll just save it for next winter. And if I happen to lose enough weight that this sweater is too large, then it will be a lovely donation to the next clothing drive!

I've been feeling less than great, and I apologize for being so far behind in answering email and visiting blogs!
