My menu plans have been downright boring, so I haven't been posting them. This week my family has been craving FUN foods; my challenge has been to incorporate fun into the menu plan without being TOO unhealthy. It's also an "eat from the freezer" week, and the only meat I'll need to purchase is the ground beef. Here's what I came up with:
Monday: Kidney beans with ham (slow cooker), sourdough bread
Tuesday: Pot stickers, rice, steamed sugar snap peas (related efficiency tip)
Wednesday: Chili cheese dogs, potato chips (click for a recipe link and review)
Thursday: Breakfast (scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, fried potatoes, toast)
Friday: Cheese lasagna (freezer meal)
