I especially like the idea of a comfort food cookbook as summer ends! In summer, I cook a lot of Mexican food (carne asada, sopa de lima, and fish tacos) since my husband is from there...but since it's almost fall, I'll start to crave chicken pot pie and beef stew!
ReplyDeletewolverina401 at gmail dot com
I love her comment of how she got into the food business "Because I love to eat"...that is my slogan but I love to eat NOT cook..LOL
ReplyDeleteI would also love to try some of the Simply Salad recipes. I am always looking for a good salad as I try to lose and maintain a healthy weight.
