My Mini-Moment (Contest)

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Dove Ice Cream. All opinions are 100% mine.

I've been sitting here trying to think if I know a mom who isn't busy. I can't think of even one!  Whether we work outside the home or inside the home, whether we have one child or three, whether we're married or single ... it seems to be a universal truth that mothers are busy.

It's easy to get overwhelmed.  I can speak from experience!  To help prevent that, it's crucial for moms to take a little "Me-time" every so often.  Sometimes we just need a minute or two to refresh our spirits, but that minute can be essential to keeping our sanity!

With that in mind, DOVE® Ice Cream Miniatures conducted a survey of over 400 mothers and found that 70 percent of them are taking time for themselves each day.  I think that's great!  To celebrate these moments, DOVE is sponsoring the “My Mini Moment” contest.  Through June 7, women can enter by sharing their favorite "Mini Moment" escapes, and one lucky entrant will win one of 3 sensational mini-grand prizes.  Since everyone has a different idea of the best escape, the winner will have a choice of prizes: a mini-getaway to Napa Valley, Spa services for a year, or a mini-home makeover.  Click on the contest link for all the details and official rules.

I would definitely choose the home makeover.  What about you?

This contest announcement was accompanied by descriptions and pictures of Dove Ice Cream Miniatures. I hadn't heard about their new Café Collection, which features Java Chip and Cappuccino Flavors.  Sounds delicious to me!  The bonus is that they contain just 70 calories per piece.  The challenge will be stopping after just one!

So tell me: What's your favorite mini-moment? And which prize would you choose if you win? It's fun to dream, but do consider entering the contest as well!

  1. Those sound so good right about now! I love coffee and I love chocolate. So I will have to go find those.

  2. I think everyone needs me time!!! These sound super tasty!

  3. I have no idea what I would choose. I need want each one! :)

  4. Melissa, those miniatures look so good. I love chocolate and a makeover would be nice. I am also replying to your comment you left on my blog. I answered there too. The reason I brush a little egg white on the batter is so the crumbs adhere better. It is not necessary to do that if you don't want to.

  5. I go outside and water my very small herb garden. It takes about two minutes. Fresh air and the wonderful aroma of the herbs make it my favorite mini moment.

  6. i would LOVE the spa...
