Low-Fat Recipes from Carnation

I don't know if I'd ever heard "guilt-free" and "crème brûlée" in the same sentence ... but Carnation has a recipe for exactly that.  I haven't tried it, but the idea of crème brûlée with only 140 calories and 2.5 grams of fat per serving is very appealing!

There's also a recipe for Double Chocolate Warm Pudding Cakes, each with 220 calories and 3 fat grams.  But not all of the recipes are for dessert.  You'll find recipes for Crispy Oat Crusted Fish Fillets with Carnation Tartar Sauce and Cheesy Oven Burrito Bake, among other savory dishes.

Visit the Very Best Baking site for the newest recipes, or search for a recipe.  Check the Sensibly Delicious box to find healthier choices.
