
As soon as I started to feel better, I jumped into "catch up" mode. It didn't take long to get worn out again, and I'm still working to find the right balance. It's been a hectic week, because I'm trying to do everything.
On my agenda for this afternoon, I have these items:
- Make mint chocolate chip ice cream (to use up the heavy cream before it spoils)
- Bake banana bread (to use the overripe bananas)
- Bake cookies (to take to a weekend event)
- Finish the laundry; hang clean towels in the bathroom and make up the bed
- Make two phone calls
- Ride the exercise bike (I've only done two miles this week ... ugh), and, of course,
- Make dinner

ReplyDeleteThanks, Brandi. So far I've made the ice cream, baked the cookies, and gotten dinner in the oven. The sheets are ready to be put back on the bed, and the towels are in the dryer. I had just a few minutes on the bike, and I decided to freeze the bananas for another time. Whew! I'm not finished, but I've made some progress!
