Pikme Papers Notepad (Review)

I like making my own notecards, but that's not always practical. And sometimes I just need a notepad for a quick note. So when I saw these pretty notepads from Pikme Papers, I couldn't wait to try them.

The notepads are 5.5" square and each contains 100 sheets of what I'd describe as medium-weight paper.  (It's not nearly as thick as cardstock, but it's not the flimsy paper that some notepads contain.)  The artwork, all created by owner/artist Kirsten Reynolds, is simply gorgeous.  Let me show you a close-up of the flamingo watercolor on this notepad:

My photo doesn't show you just how pretty this image is, so I hope you'll take my word for it or check out the Pikme Papers website.

I really like that the collection of images includes some that are indisputably girly (such as the ballerina and the pink dress) as well as some that are suitable for boys or men (like a dinosaur, oars, or a lighthouse).  The bride and groom image would make a fun wedding/shower gift, and the front door would work for sending change-of-address notes.

In addition to the notepads, Pikme Papers offers folded note cards, Pikme Party Piks (such as for cupcakes), prints, stickers, and more.  These are really neat paper products that are fun to use.

You can learn more at the Pikme Papers website, or follow Kirsten Reynolds on Twitter.

Disclosure:  I received the pictured notepad, at no cost to me, for review purposes.  All opinions stated in this review are my own.
