We had to juggle some of last week's planned menus, but there were no major changes. This week I'm trying to keep it fairly simple. and we'll finally get around to the oven-fried flounder that we missed two weeks ago. We've already purchased the flounder, so my absentmindedness shouldn't get in the way this time!
Monday: Pork fried rice (w/leftover pork chops)
Tuesday: Slow-cooker roast beef, carrots, potatoes; sourdough bread
Wednesday: Manicotti (from the freezer)
Thursday: Leftover roast beef
Friday: Oven-fried flounder (like this) on rye bread, salad, oven fries

Good plan!! I need to post soon on my "progress" with meal planning. I could definitely see a difference in my stress level the week that I made a real effort!!! :)
You're awesome girlie! I'm trying to be better using the Relish site for those two weeks was awesome to have a plan. I'm so jealous that someone can win a whole Year. Oh well lol for $7 a month I can hack it ;).
