Fresh Buttermilk Banana Bread (recipe link)

A few days ago, I had buttermilk and overripe bananas to use up, so I did a quick web search for recipes. I came across this Fresh Buttermilk Banana Bread and decided to give it a try.

It was as easy to make as any other banana bread, and I think it's more moist than my usual recipe. It has the same amount of sugar as my usual recipe, but this is a larger loaf; I think it's slightly less sweet.

We tried to slice it while it was still hot from the oven, and it really fell apart. After it cooled, it sliced neatly. But it's very tender, and the recipe is a keeper!

After baking this I still had two cups of buttermilk and four bananas, which are now in the freezer for another time. :)
