The company sent us an assortment of several flavors to try. My first observation was that the cookies were wrapped so well that the box didn't smell like cookies. Since better wrapping helps to keep the cookies fresh, this is a plus.
My second observation was that the colors are intense. These cookies would make an attractive presentation for a special event--holiday, party, wedding, or whatever you're celebrating. The cellophane wrappers make them hard to photograph, but here are a couple of photos I took:
We liked some flavors more than others, but of course this is a matter of preference. The Old-Fashioned Bubblegum flavor tastes exactly like bubble gum. This was one of my favorites. I also like Cool Cappuccino; interestingly, my husband--who is not a coffee drinker--noticed the coffee flavor much more than I did. The Minty Mint flavor is very minty and refreshing. Our overall favorite flavor was "Oh, Wow!" Orange. I think the orange cookie, dipped in chocolate, would be amazing!
Another special feature about Fancy Fortune Cookies is the opportunity to customize the sayings in your order. You can choose up to five sayings per order (and more than five for a nominal additional charge). These would be fun for wedding favors, baby showers, holiday parties, or birthdays. They're also good for corporate events like trade shows, promotions, and retirement dinners.
Want to try these Fancy Fortune Cookies? Here are two ways to do that:
Buy it: Click over to Fancy Fortune Cookies and have fun choosing your flavor, packaging, and sayings!
Win it: One reader will win his/her choice of 100 cookies with kids' jokes inside (great for kids' lunches!), or 100 personalized cookies for any occasion.
This giveaway is closed. Congratulations, Nancy!
