Okay, I'm stepping outside my comfort zone and using a new-to-me logo for Menu Plan Monday!
Last week we worked within the menu plan fairly well. I forgot to thaw chicken for Friday, so we had homemade pizza instead of superchicken. We tried one new recipe, for veal parm using ground veal; I reviewed that here. For the upcoming week, I'm keeping the menu fairly simple.
Monday: Slow-cooker garlic chicken (with boneless chicken), baked potatoes, green beans
Tuesday: Chicken salad (the leftover garlic chicken makes terrific chicken salad!)
Wednesday: Spinach ravioli (frozen) and pasta
Thursday: Beef and bean burritos, fiesta rice
Friday: DH is bringing home something special for dinner!

Do you find it hard to stick to a meal plan every week? I always want to do it but I get off track.
ReplyDeleteI love spinach ravioli...I really want to eat more spinach but I have trouble finding recipes to put it into!
