The rabbits are doing a number on the lilies. Last year they chewed up the marigolds, but this year they seem to be ignoring them.
Sorry for the blur (I used a different camera today), but we have some grape tomatoes ripening!

Your tomatoes are so pretty :) I'm glad you were able to figure out what that first plant it. Hopefully you'll have some peppers soon :)
ReplyDeleteThe orange marigolds are beautiful. The orange is so rich!
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing like fresh, home grown veggies, especially tomatoes. Those marigolds were really pretty, too! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I am following you on twitter! :)
ReplyDeleteYum, tomatoes and peppers, good combination.
ReplyDeleteRabbits are not supposed to like marigolds, so they should be safe. My rabbits missed the memo, so I have to occassionally douse them in garlic. Of course that leaves my backyard smelling like Gilroy, CA. We received several good rain storms, so I have to go back and recoat everything in rabbit reppellent to replace that which was washed off.
Everything's looking good, Melissa! :) I'm STILL canning green beans....I'm up to about 75 jars now. I hope to get about 25 more jars and then I'll call it quits. It takes a lot of beans to get us through the winter. :)
ReplyDeletewow those rabbits must of been hungrey
